Dear JYC Global Family,
Despite the devastation surrounding us, we aren’t stopping. Instead, we are taking our songs and stories from the frontlines of hope on tour from May 26 – June 5, to raise our voices even louder and to raise vital support for our work on the ground. Our forward-thinking series of events includes powerful in-person and livestreamed concerts, intimate storytelling, immersive workshops, and a one-of-a-kind evening at Nabiha DC blending Palestinian cuisine with courageous conversation. At every stop, Israeli and Palestinian youth from East and West Jerusalem raise their voices in harmony—singing across conflict, sharing their truths, and inviting audiences into a living dialogue about what’s possible when we choose connection over division.

More than just a concert, this tour is an experience of music and personal testimony, woven together by young changemakers who refuse to give up on each other — or on hope. Even amidst war and tension, these young singers continue to meet, sing, and speak their truths. Through powerful, trilingual music performances and intimate storytelling, JYC invites audiences into a living dialogue across divides, challenging what we believe is possible in the pursuit of a shared future.

Support Our Programming
JYC tours offer our young singers life-changing opportunities to represent their voices and vision on the world stage. But what makes those moments possible — and meaningful — is the work we do year-round in Jerusalem.
Your support doesn’t just fund performances. It sustains weekly music and dialogue programming on the ground in one of the most divided cities on earth. It provides a safe space for Palestinian and Israeli teens to connect across real and painful divides, and to grow into changemakers in their communities. Whether or not we’re coming to your city, your gift makes you part of this story of resilience. To help us fund our twice weekly programming in such a time of significant need, JYC supporter Sally Gottesman has made an extraordinary $75,000 matching gift—doubling every dollar contributed by members of our community up to $75,000. This vital support will replace the $150,000 we expected to receive this year from our terminated 3-year grant from USAID.
This work is not easy. But it is essential. And it cannot continue without you.

In JYC, our young singers are living proof that healing and change are possible — not by forgetting the past, but by honoring it as a path toward understanding. Through their voices, they show us how pain can be transformed into purpose, and how a shared future can be built even in the most fractured places.
Come listen. Come witness. Come be part of the movement.
Because when young voices sing from the frontlines of hope, the world listens.
With hope and harmony,
Micah, Amer, Jackie, and the Jerusalem Youth Chorus
